Both feature London settings and four weddings and one funeral, as well as a floppy-haired fellow and an American love story, which is both beautiful and romantic. While the movie has the same basic elements, the TV show has an altogether different storyline. The main characters are a mix of ordinary people with specific romantic relationships. As such, the show is a great choice to watch in a chill viewing queue.

The plot is based around a time loop, which makes it a fun movie. Two teenagers, Sarah (Cristin Milloti) and Nyles (Andy Samberg), fall in love in the middle of the movie. Their relationship is put on hold, but they cannot escape the time loop without spending their time together. The only way out is to make personal breakthroughs. The film is a delightfully quirky indie comedy with a clever sci-fi premise.
