Instead, Joseph Gordon-Levitt's intense performance gives the film a compelling ending. Regardless, Biggie is a naughty character who should be feared.
While Biggie is about a drug dealer who tries to sell super-drugs, there are many people who do not think twice about using drugs. In the movie, Art makes a partner named Robin. This leads to some interesting plot points in the film, which isn't explored enough. In addition to Foxx and Colson Baker, Santoro plays an unlikable drug dealer who has a secret vendetta against the Powers That Be.
The first half of Art Foxx's hunt for the source on Netflix starts with an investigation of an apparent power epidemic in New Orleans. It's revealed that a group of people known as Teleios is behind the drug. While Art and the Rangers were trying to discover the source of the drug, they were swept up in a conspiracy involving cartels and the highest levels of government.
